(6 hr commitment) Secretary*- Receive record and ac on correspondence incl. meeting minutes. (6hr commitment)) Treasurer* - Annual budget Receive and pay out money on behalf of the Club (Pay coaches) Keep a proper record and books for all transactions (6 hr commitment) Registrar - Assist in ge ng Birth Certs. Issue registra on numbers and age tags to new members (2 hours at start of season only) Equipment Officer - Set up Tent on Saturday morning. Pack away Tent on Saturday morning Training Coordinator - Every Wednesday to coordinate the coaches at training. Help the kids warm up before the competion. (2hrs every Wednesday) Delegates - Represent the club, a end online teams’ mee ngs, inform club of changes. (4 meetings per season) Roster Coordinator - Ensure parents are a ending their rosters. Ensure sign-up is filled before the BBQ/Canteen roster. Send messages to parents (3 hour commitment) Procurement Officer - Order BBQ supplies (templates provided) (3 hours commitment) Uniform sales - Sell uniforms/Order (2 hours at start of season) Marketing Coordinator - Flyer’s distribu on, email, and handout flyers to schools (3 hours at start of season) Publicity Officer- Social media posts (templates provided) (30 mins every week) Events Coordinator - Assists to organize end of year Awards (food/drinks/trophies) (2 hour commitment) I'm unable to volunteer in any of these capacities Help us understand how we did this season.
